A one color imprint is available on barrel (see above for available imprint colors). Imprint colors above are approximate due to varying computer monitors.
Production time:
Orders ship 7-10 working days or less for orders of up to 2000 pens.
For orders that exceed 2000 pens, please contact us for
details. Production time begins after full order is received
and verified and does not include the shipping time. Rush orders are available, please contact us for details.
Note: If a digital proof is requested production time does not begin until its approval.
Point style and ink color:
Medium point (1.0 mm) with high quality German black ink.
Pen colors:
Black w/ Gold Trim, Burgundy w/ Gold Trim. Assorted
colors can be ordered as long as the imprint color is
the same. Pen colors above are approximate due to varying computer monitors.
Shipping info:
Standard shipping is UPS ground. If
you need your pens faster, expedited shipping options
are available. Please contact us for details. All orders are shipped from Southern California.
Artwork/type style information:
Please indicate the type style you would like (see
image on the bottom of this page for available type styles).
If no type style is indicated, we will choose the best one.
If you don't need us to type set because you have completed
artwork, please email it to: Art@PromoPensForLess.com (include the name of the person buying the pens in the email).

You can order by phone, online or by fax. Below are the details
for each ordering method.

ORDER BY PHONE using a check, money order or credit card:
1) Simply call Toll Free: 1-800-780-4081
Important: Please leave your name and number if you get our voice
mail. Due to our low prices and popular pens all lines are
busy sometimes. A representative will call you back
right away. Thanks!
Note: Paying by check or money order will cause a
small delay between the time the order is placed
and the time production begins. This is due to the
time it takes to mail and process the check or money

ORDER ONLINE using a credit card:
1) Enter the online store by clicking
the "Enter Store" button at the top or bottom
of this page.
2) Once in the store, click the "Add
to Cart" button for the pen style and quantity
you want (e.g. Box of 300 Imprinted Contoured Slim Pens).
3) Select the pen color, imprint
color and imprint option you need.
4) Select if you want a free digital proof.
5) Enter text you want imprinted onto pens
(see "Figure A" below for details). See
image on bottom of this page for available type styles. If
you want a custom logo instead of text, leave text
field blank and email artwork
to: Art@PromoPensForLess.com (include the name of the person buying the pens in the email).
6) Click the "Checkout"
button and enter your payment information.
